It all started a few years ago when my mom discovered she could learn new skills on Youtube. I remember showing her some crochet tutorials and 5 minutes later she was pretty much doing it on her own. Not only did she learn how to read crochet patterns in different languages, she actually learned how to create them on her own. 

And while she was learning all of this, she was also teaching me how to do it. Since our relationship had been somewhat distant lately, this meant I got to spend time with her crocheting and talking until we could knit no more. 

Little by little our friends and family started seeing our creations and wanting to buy them. Soon enough we had our hands full with their projects that we even started a “waitlist” to get organized. 

That is when we realized this hobby could actually turn into a business. Long story short, TODAY we are proud to employ our team of crocheters whom we have taught from the baseline. And thanks to them and our base team we are now able to fulfill many more orders and ship internationally.We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, from the selection of the cotton thread, the use of hypoallergenic stuffing to take care of our little clients, the curation of models and details, and the careful packaging of each piece.YUCuties are all made in Yucatan, México, from our heart to yours.
